Turncoat #1 finally converts

It comes as no surprise that once ‘republican’ senator Arlen Specter, who I have been calling Turncoat #1, just went to the Dark Side and finally came out as what he always has been – a liberal Democrat.

This foul beast Specter has come out of the closet and is now going to gain substantially financially by making the switch. The money is there and he wants it. Another reason for term limits.

His reasoning for turncoating is because his poll numbers are down. Really? He was one of the only Republicans to vote for the stimulus package. Of course his poll numbers are down. He's doing this also to get re-elected as a democrat. That's it.

This just goes to show you cannot vote straight ticket. You need to research their voting history. Look at their background. Just look at Kay Bailey Hutchinson, who I like to call The Parakeet. Another closet liberal masking as a Republican. It is their agenda to wipe out the republican voice. This gives the Democrats full authority in the Senate. Goodbye conservatism.
