The DTV conversion happens tomorrow. Here are some instructions for those who need assistance. Keep in mind the conversion date is 6/12, not 2/17 as stated in the video. Obama wanted to give the procrastinators more time to get their government issued vouchers to purchase these Chinese made converters.
