Personally I never believe anything from a polititcians mouth, but for those who want a quick way to catch a lie here are some key phrases and motions to look out for:

1. "Lets be honest..." or begins a sentence with "Honestly..."
2. "Let me be clear..."
3. Anytime you get a stern finger shake.
4. "Let me say that again..." or "Let me repeat that..."
