Obama called our missile defense system 'unproven' and vowed to cut this 'wasteful spending'. However, our Commander-in-Chief is on standby to deploy this 'unproven' defense system as the North Korea threat increases.
In an interview with the Washington Times, Air Force General Renuart said "The nation has a very, very credible ballistic-missile defense capability. Our ground-based interceptors in Alaska and California, I'm very comfortable, give me a capability that if we really are threatened by a long-range ICBM that I've got high confidence that I could interdict that flight before it caused huge damage to any U.S. territory."
So much for a competent president. It seems his Generals are at odds with Mr. Teleprompter. While other countries continue record spending on military technologies, Obama is cutting our spending and leaving us weak.
