Beware to all who want to sell their old kids toys and other items no longer needed – Big government might be watching and will financially destroy your entire family. The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act sponsored by Democrat Bobby Rush and signed into law by President George W. Bush, prevents people from selling items second-hand that might be considered hazardous. In other words, items that can cause harm if you aren’t watching your kids like a responsible parent. Nanny State on Steroids.

When I was a kid if I cut myself on a toy I was told to put a band aid on it and call it lesson learned. Today, the parents call a corrupt attorney and sue the toy maker for millions.

What a sad state of personal responsibility we live in.
