What the hell is wrong with Eastern State Hospital in Washington State? They let convicted murderers out on a ‘field trip’ to a county fair and one escapes. Hmm… didn’t see that one coming. The murderer, Phillip Arnold Paul killed an elderly woman and soaked her body in gasoline. Nice guy, huh? He should have been executed years ago or locked up 24 hours a day in a cell where he belongs. Why are they letting crazy killers out on a field trip into the public? What’s next? Flying convicted murderers first class for a week trip to Cancun on the taxpayers dime?
If this guy kills someone while on the loose I think the person who came up with the grand idea should be prosecuted for involuntary manslaughter and imprisoned for life.
