14. Drink every time Obama lied.
You would be drunk before the first 15 minutes were over. When I have the stomach to pick apart this incredibly pitiful, incompetent, and embarrassing speech I will lay everything out.
After hearing what I heard I FEAR for America for the next 3 years. I had to shut it off after 30 minutes because I was yelling at the TV.
BTW - I think Biden out-blinked Pelosi.
